Own My Solar connects you to trustworthy, finance-ready customers interested in going solar. We take care of all the groundwork of designing a custom system and giving an estimate, cutting your acquisition costs and leaving you to do what you do best, install solar.
How it works
Bid On Projects
You get a notification when a new project has been posted so you can log in to bid on the pre-designed system and compete with other installers in real time.
Reach Customers
The customer sees the three lowest bids and contacts you to schedule a roof inspection.
Sign Contracts
You submit your final estimate and contract to the customer and they sign.
Install Solar
The project is financed through the lending institution and all that’s left is for you to install the system and make money!

- At least 2 years of experience installing solar
- A minimum of 50 successful installations
- Certified by the NABCEP and the state
